Overview
Cinder City FC is an official football club theme that abandons the usual hero-and-stacked-cards layout for the editorial grid of a printed matchday programme — fixtures, squad, report and standings sharing one dense, typographic system. The hero is a full-bleed real-time Gaussian Splatting reconstruction of the stadium, with an autonomous camera drift, so the ground itself is the identity rather than a stock crowd photograph.
A WebGPU compute shader runs a genuine Mexican wave through the crowd — the wave is simulated across storage buffers, not a looping sprite animation, and falls back cleanly to WebGL. An interactive SVG tactics board lets visitors flip the side between 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2 and 4-2-3-1 and see the shape redraw. Squad, fixture and report content types cover what a real club site has to publish every week of the season.
